This policy describes the public ByDate Express website and its inquiry forms. It does not cover delivery operations conducted under a separate customer agreement.
Scope
We use this site to explain our services and receive early access requests, quote requests, and driver interest submissions. Please do not include patient names, medical records, prescription details, or other sensitive health information in a website form.
Information collected
Information you submit. Depending on the form, we collect your name, email, phone number, city, organization, vehicle type, delivery needs, route locations and timing, shipment category, and any notes you choose to provide. Forms also record the time of submission.
Website usage information. The site uses Google Analytics to understand visits and improve the site. Analytics can collect page views, session information, approximate location, and browser or device information. It may use first-party cookies or similar identifiers to distinguish visits. Your browser can block or clear cookies; doing so may change analytics behavior.
How information is used
We use submitted details to review and respond to inquiries, assess service coverage and quote requests, contact people interested in driving, maintain records of those communications, and protect the site from misuse. We use website analytics to understand general traffic and improve the site. Do not use a website form for urgent medical or delivery needs.
Service providers
Google Firebase hosts the site and stores form submissions in Firestore. Google Analytics processes website usage information. When email notifications are enabled, Resend may process the submitted form details to email our team about a new request. These providers process information to support the site and its communications. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the site and its users.

Retention and choices
Form submissions do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule in the site's system. We keep them while needed to handle inquiries and related business records, and review requests to access, correct, or delete information where applicable. Analytics data is retained according to the settings of the Google Analytics property.
You may use browser controls to limit cookies. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. If you have submitted a form and want to ask about your information, use our Contact page, start the message with “Privacy request,” and do not include sensitive information.
